POSSIBLE VULTURE ERROR CODE SOLUTION
For those of you on XboxOne experiencing the "Vulture" error code. Hold down on your XboxOne Power Button for 15 seconds. This will enact a Hard Reset and clear the cache. Your issue should be resolved then.

I only needed to hold my power button down for about 5 seconds til it completely powered down, but this worked for me as well. Thank you, your honour. ;)
