Ok, i'm not great at PvP and its not my favorite pastime, though i do like to take part. But I recently got the Exotic Weapon Bounty "A Request from Ikora" the first part (complete 5 strikes without dying) was easy, then the second is get a Kill/Death Spread of 25. So ok kill 25 more players in PvP than deaths over a number of matches. Fine lets give it a go. Started well got upto 17 then down to 1 back up to 10 down to 0, and so it goes on. My current K/D ratio is 0.5 and combat rating of 55. Now when i'm in a match that seems to be balanced i don't do too badly and think the 25K/D spread is achievable, then next match its completely unbalanced so it goes back down to 0 again. So my question how is the PvP matchmaking working in Destiny? does it take the K/D Ration, combat rating etc... into account when finding others for the match? As at the moment i'm thinking not.
