I think "Customer Service" Is the new joke around here. This is the worst method of Customer Support that I've ever seen. The worst thing of all, like DrunkenBankai said, the complete lack of even the simplest acknowledgement is the worst part about it all. If I had seen even one official statement from Activision/Bungie saying, "We know there's a problem; we're looking into it." I'd be more patient and almost completely void of being upset.I know it's a new game, I know there's often server related errors when MMO's come out, but it's ridiculous to not acknowledge the issues. And then, to top it off, they're releasing new content, some of it time sensitive, and there's thousands and thousands of players who STILL can't log in. Are we going to completely miss the events and our chances at rewards when we've worked so hard to get our level 25s and 26s ready for it? You got your money already, Activision/Bungie. You have our wallets in your hand and now you're just laughing at us.It's time to put on your big boy pants and acknowledge the problems and start getting them fixed. You're better than this.... or are you?
