Player Bounties

Perhaps someone has already thought of this, but I'll put it up anyway... While trying to pull together a full team of 6 local lv26+ players to finally take on the Vault of Glass I had an idea that might assist with people who want to get together with other players but can't find them. Player Bounties. Basically a player could create a custom bounty to give to the Bounty Tracker where they can specify a specific activity (ie Vault of Glass, Nightfall, Weekly Strike, etc), a time for when it will happen and possibly some constraints on the type of players that can join (ie 2 Titans and a Hunter, and need to have mic). I've seen multiple forum based attempts at pulling players together, but I think it would work so much better in game, as that also means you are playing the game and not checking the notifications on your computer or phone. The important thing is also the ability to set a time, as I've seen a lot of people show interest in joining parties, but they seem to forget that not everyone is in the same timezone as them as I had to get up extra early one day to join up with 2 guys to complete the lv26 epic Summoning Pits mission for the Exotic Thorn hand cannon. I've also had the occasional person spot me on patrol and ask me to join them, but I never hear from them again. If a player bounty is a request with a countdown timer on the bounty tracker, players can immediately judge what bounties they can participate in since the countdown will be relative to their local time. There are times when I am playing and none of my local friends are online, and if I could just throw up a bounty for a mission that is just a bit too hard to beat solo, and go off and do some patrol missions while I wait for people to join me (who actually want to do the same activity as me), that would be awesome.
