Anyone else feel like the repetition would have been somewhat alleviated if the planets actually had factions of NPCs on them. No not NPCs that you shoot, actual NPCs that give you missions, explain story, and give the world some depth.
I would love to go to Earth to see a small camp of humans struggling for survival, needing our help. Maybe they would need to be escorted to another part of Old Russia but you have to protect them from hordes of Fallen, I dont mind if it is an escort mission as long as the AI would be somewhat competent considering that expands the mission variety by a massive 50%.
Or maybe some Exos on Venus, hiding in the ruined buildings, trying to figure out how to access the library, etc. As of right now the only real NPC is the Dinklebot. We have one NPC that everything revolves around. One.

An MMO without NPCs... Or side-quests, or in-game lore, or crafting, or chat or really any casual communication with strangers outside of the world's worst game of charades. And fewer-than-average classes, races, skills/skill trees.

My ghost is lame and is the only character that talks to me on a constant basis.. Monotonous voice and fake robotic emphasis on key script. I just want to mute it.
