Damn Cryptarch
I use a rare I get a legendary (my first) for a Titan I'm like ok I got an legendary he can decrypt give it to him get an exotic (my first) but it was for the hunter now I'm going to cry.

3 Repliesatleast you actually get good items from him. i give him 5 legendary engrams and he gives me either a rare thats useless to me or some random item (rare coins, motes of light etc)
