Do armor abilities stack?

So I am curious: say I had an ability that made auto rifles reload faster on my gauntlets, and then I equipped a chest piece that had the same ability. Would the I reload even faster,or can only one of the same ability be active at a time? Thanks. Nope

Not sure about the armor stacking but i do have gloves that give ar reloads and the ar reload stat on my rifle as well and it is insanely fast and if you top it off w/lock surge buff you will be smiling :D
