I wasn't sure where to post this or how to inform Bungie about this, so if I'm in the wrong spot please let me know and I'll go through the correct channels. Playing on Xbox One. I have the same issue a lot of folks have, where the Ghost in the RAS bunker doesn't appear. Additionally, I've collected the "Cosmodrome" ghost, yet it doesn't show up in my grimoire. I've gone back to the same location a few times just to verify I collected it, however it's no longer there, so I can't try to collect it again. It would be great if these could be resolved. Pretty annoying to have to pay extra attention to ghost collecting, from a completion standpoint, as well as from an achievement standpoint. I mean, even if there are more than enough dead ghosts in the game to get the achievement, who's to say I won't get 9 more glitched ghosts, and then I'm totally hosed. Thanks
