Hey Guys, I was wondering if anyone know the answer to this. I am wearing a Warlock band for the New Monarchy Faction to gain reputation and rank in New Monarchy so I can buy gear they have. I'm wondering if this takes away from reputation I could be gaining elsewhere and would be gaining had I not joined a faction. I'm asking because it says something about gaining rep for new monarchy "instead"... I'm not in game or I would quote it exactly...
