It would alleviate so many concerns about this game if they'd simply put out a statement saying "we've heard you, these are the concerns that stand out, here is what we plan on doing (or not doing) about them." Then I could decide if this game is even worth sticking with. As it stands, if they don't improve the clan / grouping and communications in the game, expand the matchmaking, and fix the loot system, I won't be sticking around. I'd just like to know if they will even acknowledge the problems or just defend their choices and continue on their merry way.
