My dad is using a xbox one and when he chooses the first moon mission, as he has progressed through the game to this point, the picture begins as his ship going through the worm-hole/vortex on his way to the moon, but he never does, the picture begins to stay on the vortex forever and during which the sound begins to get distorted. We have replaced the disk (twice, so this is our 3rd disc) and I have deleted the initial install of destiny and reinstalled it. Still nothing. I sign into my account and I cant access the moon either(other xbox live GT, but on xbox one). I turn on my xbox 360 and I can access the moon perfectly. Is there any suggestions? Also, every other game type is working. Tower, Earth, crucible, and vanguard missions. But for some reason the moon will not load. Thanks for your suggestions. PLEASE BUNGIE REPLY!!
