Pre order not having Vangaurd armoury?

I have same issue.

Vangaurd isnt much of a loss but nice to have.

Ignore the vangaurd issue for less stress

Pre ordered Destiny abosolutely ages ago via amazon and have only just realised that vangaurd armoury isnt available to me , i didnt get any codes emailed to unlock (as im guessing thats how it works?) or if its on the CD then its not unlocked either . Any one have similar stuff happening? not sure what all pre order bonuses were for the standard edition of the game, Update1: Have contacted amazon support and there answer was basically just ask the game manufacturer about it...was a rather unprofessional person i spoke to on the chat though so will probably try again.

  • I had the same issue - pre-ordered my copy from Tesco though. Still wasn't given a code in the box or via email. Tesco were less than helpful and just said it wasn't their promotion and so would not help. I used this site to set up a support ticket with bungie/activision just explaining that I had preordered as indicated on their website but hadn't been given a code. I mentioned I had proof of date of purchase and screen shots of their website directing my preorder to Tesco to get the bonus. About 6-7 days later Activision replied with a Vanguard code, no questions asked. So I can't really complain. Might be worth anyone else doing the same if you haven't already. To set up the "ticket" I clicked on help on the menu to the left of this page <<<< then chose option 3. This takes you to an FAQ, if you scroll to the bottom there is a link regarding replacement vanguard/DLC codes. Click it and it takes you to the form. Or you can follow http://support.activision.com/destinycodesupport which is the same link. It asks for your code, as the ticket is really for a code that doesn't work. However I just left that field blank and explained in the text box below. You need to fill out all the other boxes you can though (PSN/Bungie ID etc...)
