Shader Name Error?

So I reached Rank 5 in Cryptarch and received my little bonus package, upon getting it I received a shader. Now, the shader itself has a good colour theme, however the name is ... Bugged? I'm not sure but it reads: 18327496-64703388. Now, that does't look like any sort of name when compared to the other shaders, so perhaps this is a coding error/bug?

It's called this because if you put those numbers on a color thing(don't remember the name) it will show the colors yellow and blue which are the colors of the shader.

I've got it too, as well as being given the Blacksmith shader from the postmaster but I'm not allowed to equip it. I posted about this ages ago but I've gotten sod all from Bungie
