Hello Bungie and fellow players,
Does anyone know how to complain in UK to Bungie or some form of trading standards? I have tried to return my game but they will no longer give me a refund. I have not received a product that actually works due to these connection issues, nor to mention the shocking customer service. I don't want to moan online on an app though as it appears bungie take zero notice. I actually want to contact someone directly and lodge an official complaint. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Ps. Before anyone says: My internet connection is good with no issues. I've opened ports etc. I have played on other online games inbetween Destiny with zero issues.

I'm exactly the same. Mine constantly disconnects on me. Sometimes this game works. Other times it won't. I'm sick of it. I don't care whether I've committed some hours to this game. If it isn't fixed i will just sell it to some other poor idiot.
