legendary engram working?
So... I got a few legendary engrams. So happy and all, then i went to cryptarch. 99% of the time (exaggerated) i got an uncommon or rare item. The remaining percentage i got an exotic. Not complaining there, but i want to get a legendary item from a legendary engram. Please fix
