One Xbox fans plea to PlayStation fans.
Thank you all of my fellow gamers for taking the time to read this post. Basically all I wanted to do was make a post to you guys over at PlayStation asking for you to give us Xbox fans a chance. I understand a bad taste has likely been put in your mouth from all the whinny Xbox fans crying about the exclusive PlayStation content. However trust me when I tell you the majority of Xbox gamers are not like that. Unfortunately the people who complain are always the ones that cry the loudest. If you have read the comments on any of those threads I would hope you have seen other Xbox gamers putting them in their place.
That is pretty much all I have to say. I would really like to see a day when cross platforming is a regular thing and both Xbox and PlayStation fans can play the games we love together. So in closing I would just like to say WELCOME TO BUNGIE!!! Trust me you are in for some fun times!
EDIT: It seems a decent amount of people are confusing this thread for another "Add cross platforming to Destiny" thread. That was not my intention for this thread, I simply said I would like to see that in the future. Obviously it will not be happening any time soon because of Microsoft being stubborn.

6 RepliesXbox players don't complain any louder than Playstation players, it's just that the Destiny exclusives give them a reason to complain. I'm sure PS players are ranting on some of the Tomb Raider forums right now. Both sides have their nitwits. There's nothing to do but mute them and move on. Enjoy the game, man.

Plenty of games on the Xbox and Playstation have been playable with PC gamers so why not take it a step further and have XBox PlayStation and PC all playing together it would be the golden age of gaming. Nintendo can be over in the corner doing what Nintendo does best.

I would love to cross platform with sony players so that way I could play with some of my friends on the PS4 I'm sure Bungle ,Activison, Sony, and Microsoft could make it happen if we all came together as gamers as single entity in a sense and requested it rather it be by petition or just requesting it I would be a sight to see two rivals in Microsoft and Sony come together and set their differences aside even if it's just for this game it could still open the door for a world of possibilities for all four companies

Trust me, I'm a PS4 owner and know that it is both sides that contribute. I completely agree that it is the people that complain that cry the loudest. +1 good sir. I know there are bad on both sides but there are certainly good. Enjoy your Destiny.

II agree with you. I own both consoles and have met many respectable people on each, even though I tend to habit the playstation ecosystem more than not. I don't have any real bias, more like a very specific preference. However, "gamer entitlement" will always be a problem and something I will often speak out against. The sooner we realize the people making the things we enjoy as gamers don't actually owe us anything, we'll all be in a better place.

I can't really hate too hard on xbox peeps as I started as one myself. I also hope cross platform becomes available in the near future, the companies not being able to come to the table and let us all play together only hurts the community. PSY

Now I HATE the logo loyalty gamers have developed I mean hell we are all gamers at the end of it but some of us (quite a large number it sometimes seems) feel more loyal to the PS or MS logo on their chosen console and something I find funny is the number of xbox owners that have gone with PS4 this gen have now started to act like they have always been PS players I don't see the point in all this side swapping the only difference between me and a PS4 owner is we had different reasons for choosing our console at both our cores we are gamers and that's all that should matter.
