Would be better to start from new. Besides most beta games do not tend to carry characters over :)
-
Just the grimoire if that was possible but it doesn't really matter to me.
-
Grimoire, maybe a few items. I'm fine with resetting though.
-
I'd much rather start fresh and experience everything new that will be featured in the full version.
-
I loved how nice my character was. I am going to love making him again and making him the best ever
-
I rushed making my characters so no, I will love to start fresh and look around more carefully how my guardian will look, My level and stats can be wiped thou i'd hope for some of the items + gear to carry over, They can't be used before lvl 10-20 anyway
-
No. Progress reset. But I think that the things kept in vaults should cross over. Hodor.
-
Just the Grimoire Score (even that isn't too big of a deal).
-
I voted no. I want to start my adventure from scratch. New character and all. I will earn new weapons and gear as a true legend should. Non of that skipping s#!t.
-
But if we say yes then wouldn't that mean there would not be more character customization in the full game?
-
Honestly, I would have preferred if you were able to choose one piece of gear that will carry over. The beta's levelling rate was increased over the final product, so there isn't much sense starting the game at level 8.
-
The people hath spoken. We say no.
-
Reset stats and weapons. Keep emblems and marks?
-
I wouldn't care either way. So I say Yes due to the lack of a third option.
-
Keep everything of blue rarity and above.
-
I want to atleast keep my iron banner stuff, maybe my rares
-
Yes. Because it's all or nothing.
-
Just my iron banner cloak, that's all I truly want.
-
I don't think our IMPORTANT stuff (guns, armor, etc.) should carry over, but I do think all of our class items should carry over, as those are purely cosmetic and don't change the gameplay in any way shape or form.
-
I'd be fine with starting over, but it would be nice to keep my gear. Little tokens from the beta I can still have, but not get any advantage by having them.
-
My cosmetics I want. The other stuff I don't care about, but wouldn't complain if they did.
-
This is my post from another one of these topics... I think this is a legit explanation as well: I am assuming they will wipe everything. All those exotics that people saw? Bungie allowed that to happen so people could see what they had to look forward to. I am assuming that there is no way a level 8 will be given level 20 exotic weapons in any version of pvp or the game. Getting a drop that is 1 or 2 levels above you is one thing, getting the rarest of rare as a level 8 just does not make sense. I would be completely shocked if the beta wasn't wiped just because of that. It was a preview of things to come. Also, I am pretty sure, but dont quote me on this, that the game leveling was accelerated for the beta. It will take longer to improve your perks/skills (whatever they are called) in the real game than it did in the beta. Because of both of these reasons, among others, I say they should wipe everything!
-
I just want to keep my Crucible marks, and my Dead Orbit band.
-
But if I was allowed to keep one thing. My ships.
-
Don't care, really. It's just level 8. And I wouldn't mind something new. Finding different armour, guns and whatnot. I'm down.
-
I actually got a blue suit of armor that I think I also got in the Alpha that was level 10. I would like to wear it so that would be the only thing I care about carrying over. However...if I got the darn thing twice I'll get it again. I want a start from scratch experience. Level 1, baby!!!
