The Iron Banner drops for this legendary gear is ridiculous. After making sure I had top tier gear for the beta and ready to join I feel really let down with the drops. I play in a fireteam of two friends, most matches we are the top three player and usually win the game. Afterwards, maybe on of us will get a white piece of gear, but lower level people on the team with horrible k/d's will get legendary or better drops. Now I'm not one for k/d's to be regarded as super important, but when telling people it's an open gameplay mode with rare drops and then not rewarding the higher skilled/winning players seems a bit unfair. It certainly lowers the mood and kills the hype. Just would like to see a less RNG based system and a more player-skill orientated.

  • Well im fine with it but i would rather have a better system than random. But i would still want to see variables. And definitely not for just first place, so you dont have to be the best to get something, like the person who got first blood, the person with the most kills, the person with the most captures, the person with the highest kill death ratio, and the person who got the nail in the coffin (last kill) would all have a chance at the best loot 1 person gets the best item (like a legendary item) based on rng between the people that got these achievements and 2 people get the next best item (rare) and the other 2 will get the next best thing (uncommon) and the people who didnt get any of these have like a 50/50 chance of getting a common or nothing, but the legendary shouldnt be available every match maybe 1 in 5 matches its up for grabs but you dont know which one Of five will give you legendary so there could be last of five and first of five to have 2 matches in a row both giving legendarys but the next 4 will have no legendary (with one exception i'll explain soon) and i believe their is only one first blood/ nail in the coffin medals up for grabs across both teams so in that if the other team gets these medals then that leaves 3 people up to get items 1 legendary 1 rare and 1 uncommon or more commonly 1 rare 1 uncommon and 1 common, now at the same time one person can have all these accomplishments in 1 game and the exception would be if one person gets all of these or at least all except first and last kill because the other team got them then that person is [b]guaranteed[/b] to get a legendary item! Its just an idea but it would work well since none of these accomplishments require you to be the best player like getting the first or last kill just by timing or having most captures with no kills highest k/d with least kills or most kills but most deaths. It would encourage players to play objectively because its not completely random and you dont just have to be in the game to get good stuff. Thanks for reading
