Hand Cannon Underpowered
Comparing the basic stats of a pulse rifle and a hand cannon I will always use a pulse rifle, hand cannon wont see much use unless they can actually stand up to other weapon types, my suggestion is to increase (range and accuracy), (fire rate and stability), or just plain damage.

1 ReplyHand Canons are two shot kill guns all the time i have had no problem with them they take more skill then any other weapon in the game. I have seen a few people in the Crucible that were so good with them they got top K/D an Points in the match. For the reload time find a pair of Gloves that give Faster Reload with Hand Canons there you go problem solved. Fire rate is fine just go practice in explore mode till you get the hang of getting nothing but head shots. Also if you have yet to do this turn your sensitivity up i keep mine at 4 witch is just one up from the normal setting. If you want something better on the weapon chances are they have a Hand Canon with that type of skill into it you just have too look they aren't just going to give you those types of things you have to earn it. I'm not trying to be mean or anything just that's the way things are.
