The Titan's and Warlock's specials are guaranteed uses. You may miss or get killed right before using it but you dont walk around and waste it when you dont see a enemy. With Hunter this does happen. You dont have the time to use it after spotting an enemy cause while you cast it you will be dead before using it. My suggestion is to after activating Golden Gun the timer goes down but after a succesful hit or kill the timer refills untill it runs out or all 3 charges are used. Missing takes the charge as it is now but gives no timer penalty cause missing is bad as it is.
