its the 17th jul but not getting the destiny bets code
i got one of the code from the official PlayStation magazine (OPM) i then have redeemed it on bungie varified my account and told to wait until the 17th jul but it is the 17th jul and i am still being told to wait

Yeah. Keep doing what you're doing, the Beta should start in about two hours but keep in mind that it is a beta test and there are numerous things that can go wrong at random times for seemingly unfair reasons. Patience is required in spades.
