We really need to implement a challenge and review system in MLB. This shit is getting ridiculous. I'd fully support a challenge and review system similar to that in the NFL.

My overall answer is yes, but I'd imagine there would be some complaints because challenges would make the already slow paced game even slower.

Yes, but only for baserunning and catches. I don't think it should be implemented for strikes and balls. There should also be a defined limit on how many challenges a coach or player can ask for. Like, 3 per game or something.
