I'm guessing this means the world of Destiny will be almost the same between consoles, just that texture resolution and particles (and the works) will be lowered for current gen consoles, while the next gen consoles will get the shiny stuff. Could this mean cross-platform between 360-720 and PS3-PS4 is possible?
