Halo 4 Legendary problem.
I've been trying to get the legendary helmet and visor. I checked the accommodations for legendary campaign and it said I hadn't completed any of the missions on Legendary even though I was almost half way through. I thought it was a glitch and would just fix itself but now I just finished Reclaimer and it just barely said I beat that one on legendary but it doesn't say the same for the rest. I will be so pissed if I have to restart. Anyone know how to fix this?

I replayed one or two missions and it gave the achievement to me out of nowhere. It's hard to say what you need to do, but if you check your stats on Waypoint, rather than in the game itself, it'll tell you which levels didn't register.

Unfortunately, its another one of the many many bugs and errors 343 put into their finished game.

Make sure you're connected to XBL, i had to redo the first three missions on legendary because of this.

you need to be connected to xbox live to get commendations, and by extension get the helmet. I made the same mistake.

Well in case you have to go through the campaign again, you can beat the mission from the last rally point and it will count as you beating the whole level on legendary. I did this and it worked but I did this a month or two ago, I'm not sure if this still works.

Are you connected to Xbox Live while you finish the missions? You have to be connected for them to count. I had the same problem.

As KittenStrangler said, you probably have to restart, but as I said, beat it first since you're at the point that you're at. That visor isn't even all that imo...
