You need to provide every possible detail you can. We've heard about this issue before, but have no solid way to reproduce it, and thus we don't know how you could get in this state. We have heard that clearing your cookies (all cookies, not just bungie.net's) helps sometimes. Also, you should try a different web browser than the one it is broken on. Either way, let me know as much detail about your platform, browser version, what you see, steps you've tried to fix it, etc.
