does anyone know how you can resize a pic in paint of something and repost it so it can be used as an avatar?

copy paste then there is like a tool at the top of the tool section that looks like a doted line square drag that tool over your pic then use the edges to resize it also it might get pixlated so go to one of the option things and find pixils to redo the pixils
