A trend in all the main forums is that original threads tend to get buried under constant reposts asking the same questions over and over again. Do you think something should be done about this? Should reposted threads be locked, or are they a sign that the community just has its mind on the same issues and wants to keep bringing them up for discussion?

Ignore the threads you don't want to post in, post in the ones you do. That's how a forum works, and if everybody follows that mantra, the best threads will rise to the top and the worst ones will fall to the latter pages.
