343 Industries is looking for a dynamic individual with a passion for creating and perfecting online multiplayer experiences. The qualified candidate will be responsible for working with an existing design and sustain team to help maintain and support Halo's existing multiplayer experiences, as well as the future implementation of new experiences. Additional responsibilities include hopper management and synthesizing community feedback and player data to inform gameplay recommendations. As a member of the Sustainment Team, you will get to interface with community members, designers, Franchise Management and test teams, so legendary communication and organizational skills are a must.

MLG would love veriaty, look at Halo:CE they used vanilla settings since the game was perfect out of the box, all the weapons actually had a role. Halos since CE have proved time and time again that a good amount of the weapons were useless and or redundant, so they scrap them. Halo 4 MLG settings potentially might utilize 90% of the weapons since a lot of them have there own roles.
