ANOTHER Halo 3 for PC thread
I am sick and tired of M$'s ignorance. Why not give pc gamers halo 3? Especially now that the game is dying.-sigh- Is there any hope left?

The game is 5 years old. If they were going to put it on PC, they would of done it by now. Why would anyone market a dying game? [Edited on 10.21.2012 3:05 AM PDT]

Because IT'S DYING.Don't you see people commenting on youtube halo 3 ost vids saying "oh i miss halo 3" or "those were the times". Why not bring those times back? And why not give us pc gamers a chance to finish the fight? Anyways, in a recent interview, a dude from 343i said they will think about bringing halo to pc once Windows 8 is out.

Well, you can hardly want to play an Xbox-exclusive title and then refuse to pick up the hardware. Maybe Halo 3 will come to PC, but I don't see a reason for it. It probably wouln't make anywhere near as much money as the Xbox version. However, all that needs to happen is for it to be profitable, so maybe there's hope for you.

This just tells me you know nothing about how PC games work. Do you realize that even after 15 years people are still playing Starcraft 1? People on the PC usually aren't aren't graphics whores like the console kids are. While we appreciate graphics to its fullest extent (Just look at Crysis 1) games like Starcraft have provided hours upon hours of entertainment due to the custom content from players like yourself to make the game ALWAYS new and ALWAYS fun. If you have the right community a game can never die. There are still people to this day playing Halo 1 and Halo 2 online because of different mods. And in the same way, Halo 3 can continue to thrive on the PC. [Edited on 11.13.2012 1:39 PM PST]

Console gamers are graphics whores yet they'll buy HD collection of last gen games. People continue to play Halo 3 and even games like Gears of War and Call of Duty 3. This just tells me you know nothing of how console gaming works. Just like PC gaming just because one game might not be among the top five most played doesn't mean it's dead.
