MoH: Warfighter (my review!)
So, as most of you know the MoH beta came out yesterday. The game itself is not a marvel but it does shine in multiple areas, unfortunately these areas cannot bring the game back from what it actually is. Let me break it up into sections.

+Killstreak system allows you to choose one of 2 things
+Fireteam system allows you to avenge comrades
+Tomohawks are a perfect mox between knife from cod and knifes from bf
-Weapon customization is more complicated than it needs to be
+Bullet spreads forces people to use burst, altthough not as mich as BF3
-Pause menu is the same
-Killtimes are rather quick and almost no gun has recoil

Final Thoughts: 5/10 While it's alright, there's nothing gamers haven't already seen/played before and it doesn't warrant the $60, even with the bf4 beta in it. It's basically a MW2.9.

I largely agree with this, only adding: the game is damn ugly on Xbox. It's not even close to BF3. 5/10 [Edited on 10.06.2012 9:33 AM PDT]

I was pretty excited for this one and after playing the BETA, I am highly disappointed. The game is awful and you can tell the game is gonna be awful because the people on the forums are so split about it. A game that has a hard split line down the center I hate it/ I love it, means it's a battle between the fanboys and the general player base.

I'm not entirely sure why they're even bothering with this game when everyone will be playing Black Ops II and Battlefield 3.

i really like the game but the only thing i don't like is the god awful menu system, it's quite frustrating at times

BF3 was infinitely better than warfighter. And the dlc should keep people in it for a couple more months.

The gameplay style is right up my alley, so I'd give this current build an 8/10.

I'll give the game a 7/10 I gave it that for these reasons -Beta is not on PC -It's ugly on consoles -The menu is crap Though i am liking the gameplay so far

How big are the maps, and how many players? I love Battlefield 3, but it honestly seems like the maps were too big sometimes, even on PC.

The story/campaign will make up for it, hopefully. MoH is pretty well known for their campaigns being based off of real life operations.

Medium sized and unsymmetrical. 2.) I don't remember but most likely 18-24. 3.)On consoles they scale it so i'm content with bf3's. But the action is warfighter is definitely oriented around the objective. Which is good.

Yes, because we should base final opinions of the game on a beta with only 1 map and 1 mode. Betas are completely representative of the final product; nothing bad has ever happened from judging your final thoughts on a beta.

5/10 is generous. I deleted the beta after one match. I don't think the developers could have crammed more crap onto screen even if they tried, which is probably why all the font is so small... Gameplay was atrocious and not smooth whatsoever. Graphically, the game looks decent, but everyone will forget this game by the end of November when beautiful games such as Assassins Creed 3 and Halo 4 have been out for a couple of weeks..
