•
Posted by: The Rip Saw I hate it when a chapter goes members only, then they ask yuo to join. It's like, "What could I be getting myself into?" make part of Bugnie.net members only, and you have people making a profile just to see it, or making one and -blam!-ing the section sucks. No, I like the plain old you-can't-post-unless-you're-a-member rule just fine.
I hate that. I never join those chapters for that exact reason. I also would not be here now if Bungie were like that. I just hung around Bungie.net for a few weeks before actually joining. Just checking stuff out. The only reason I made an account, actually, was to join the 7th Column. So in a way there is a members only section, you can't be a founder with out being a member. But it is still visible to the public. It is better the way it is.

 • I think every chapter should have a sharing feature though. Sharing news and articles to keep current, and keeping other things exclusive. Wait I said this already, in The Seventh Column Revitalization Project. (Check the Sig)
