Especially Reach. There's almost no AI improvement. Elites rarely go into cover. Unshielded enemies stumble from getting hit as much as they did in H2 if not more.[/quote] My favorite skull of all time was the Whuppopotamus skull (or the unnamed skull) because it didn't make enemies and allies any more tough than they already were. Instead, it made them smarter, responding better to noises like footsteps, drawing a weapon, or reloading. They also will notice the shimmer of active camo and see shadows. To my disappointment it was never put into the games that needed it most.(Reach, maybe Halo 3.)
