the Loot Cave, max it

I'm sure by now everyone has heard of the "loot cave." If you haven't look it up, it's in the Cosmodrome. The goal of the cave is to get legendary engrams, to level up the Cryptarch, and get other loot. Here are three tips I've come up with to increase the gains of your efforts. 1. Scout Rifle - I know most people don't like them but for the cave it is most efficient. I've seen people use every other primary; they miss too often or reload too often and mobs escape. Escaping mobs have to be hunted down and killed to continue the slaughter. Loss of time equals loss of loot gathering efficiency. 2. Black Wax - using this gives you glimmer when the hive die. If you buy uncommon engrams from the Cryptarch you gain level points. It's not much but if your already farming for drops it doesn't hurt to get that extra bit while your at it. Don't have wax? Look up glimmer farming in the Oryx mission on the moon. Do the version after the wizard but before the ogre BEFORE you enter the boss area. It took me around 10min to get 12 black wax, or enough for two hours. 3. Nightfall - completing the weekly nightfall gets you a 25% exp. bonus. This bonus applies to Cryptarch gains as well. This means for every 4 levels with the Cryptarch you would get normally, you gain 5 instead. This translates into faster legendary engrams because every level gain you get those awesome packages. Also you get the exp bonus for the kills, and that gets you motes of light. Use the motes to buy the exotic engram from Xur.
