So I got perma-banned for absolutely no reason. I've submitted appeals that was just left on read. I can no longer even submit or view any of my previous tickets. The link just logs me out and takes me to the homepage. YOU have no way of defending yourself if you got falsely banned. Even their own documentation online states having a VPN installed can lead to a ban. Using any overlays (like discord or the steam overlay) can lead to a ban. I even provided a log of all installed and uninstalled programs from my pc at the time of the ban and they still ignored it. Let this be a warning to everyone else. This company does not like its players. Bonus: If you complain and fight to have your account restored, they will give you the finger and put further restrictions on you. You will own nothing and be happy.
