Hey there, if you've previously been restricted from Crucible but your connection hasn't improved since then, that would probably be why you've caught another restriction. I am sorry that your internet service has a lag issue, yes it is not fair. However when you choose to play Crucible with those issues regardless, you degrade the experience for all other players in the activity, which is why the restrictions exist.
