This will make too much sense so it will never happen.
Get rid of Xur and transfer his duties of selling Exotic weapons and weapon upgrades to the gunsmith. You know the person who is supposed to work on wrapons.
Then transfer his duties of selling exotic armor and armor upgrades to the special orders section. That way you can actually have those two do something worthwhile. As of now the armorer is pointless unless buying ammo packs. And special orders section contributes nothing of value.
For all you oxygen theifs out there the gunsmith and special orders would follow the same time frame as Xur. Reading is obviously not fundamental for some of you.

2 回复Xur is a Smuggler. A "necessary evil" if you will. Ever seen, or heard of the movie Lord of War? That's Xur. The Black Market Smuggler where the Powers that Be pretend he doesn't exist when the name Xur is mentioned. The Gunsmith is not a Smuggler, and would not deal in such Weapons; it goes against his programming. Although the story is sparse in Destiny, it does exist; it's not an Access Database, or Vending Machine where you just click on what you want...it's a RPG, where different people play different roles. That's my take on it. Just because it's possible to Code something, doesn't mean you should Code something. ;-)

There's a gunsmith? I thought he was just a loan shark ammo dealer. Seriously it would be nice if the Gunsmith had some duties. Just like those broken robots. They keep sweeping the same spot each day. Are they mannequins, or just broken?

1 回复It doesn't make anything sense at all! Take away something that you can actually earn, by removing an npc that you can actually spend your hard earn coins for actual good gear yaaaaaa that makes sense.
