It was pretty cool except for some of the ridiculous things Cap is able to do and survive without any scratches. He can jump from 100+ feet now and survive with just a roll? I understood the part where his shield saved him, but he only used it on that one occasion and even then, he cringed and was a bit numbed afterwards. What the hell was in that serum anyway?

As a kid I used to think that's how it worked because of Ocarina of Time. Jumped off a big rock one day with the intention of rolling and coming out of it fine. Ended up spraining my leg. A lot of childhood innocence was lost that day.
