How do you beat Surgeon Simulator?

5 回覆1 minute, 30 seconds. Blow the -blam!- out the ribs, rip out their still beating heart and drop one in.

I did it. All you have to do is just get the new heart in and the old heart out. Other than that though, I recommend ripping the ribs out with your bare hands like I did (somehow.) After they are clear just carefully prod the area around the heart until it is loose then just take it out and plop the new one in.
