Personally I like the idea of a minor dmg wave or at least make it to when the super is done when your hands extend out to make the bubble it should push enemies out of the bubble even in pvp. The Titan is using the bubble to get away from dmg and protect themselves and team. If the bubble is activated while a enemy is inside it take almost 2 secs before they are blind from Saint helm. Also have noticed in pve that thrall while blind still hack away and still have a good chance of killing you. Defeats the purpose of the bubble.
