My clan is very experienced at both raids. We flawlessly raided Crota's End in 26 minutes for example with 5 men. We get most of our enjoyment (while waiting for the hard raid to come out) helping people and teaching them how to beat it legit. We spent 3 hours the other evening alone just joining randoms at Crota and killing him for them while teaching the best strategies. Hopefully they will then pass this on to others :)
