These are codes for items in the Beta destiny.
People used them to get free gear.
There not game add-ons
There not dlcs.
I don't know how people put the codes into the Beta destiny sorry.
These codes probably will not work in the full game anyway.

They are for the full game, I played the alpha and beta and had all of those codes registered before that they didnt unlock anything then. Deej also mentioned in an article a while back that we wouldnt know what they do until launch.
