I need help right now so badly.... Account problems.
So I currently have several accounts on here right now and I can't figure out how the hell to get my beta preorder code back. I tried to login earlier and I wasn't sure what I originally logged in with so I tried a couple email addresses and then finally figured out it was my Facebook account. After I got logged in I tried to add my Xbox account and Google account to it only to find out that both had created accounts even though I didn't finish it just trying to login with them. I went through a huge process of logging in with different emails and Facebook accounts so I could unlink the correct account and move it to the correct Bungie account and now everything is all -blam!-ed up and I can't even find the account that actually has my receipt code on it and I don't know where my receipt even is anymore. I don't know why your website did this but it has everything all screwed up. So the Facebook accounts I used were on [redacted] and [redacted]. The email accounts I used were [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted]and the xbox live account is connected to [redacted] and the GT is ChrisGoesPewPew. Can you somehow fix this for me.... The more I try to figure this out and link and unlink accounts the more accounts I accidentally make and I don't know what the hell is going on anymore, and quite frankly I'm pissed off now. 2 回覆BEGINNING TRANSMISSION: (Low melodious hum.) (We do you not need your emails to help resolve your issue.) To begin, if you already redeemed the beta access code an email containing a notification regarding console selection should have been sent. By reading this email, you should be able to follow it to the account you registered your beta access code. *At this point it would not matter what account you redeemed the reservations code on, as you are able to access the beta using the beta codes given to you at the respective times.* However if you would like to sync your (Microsoft, PSN, etc.) account to this Bungie account, you will have to disable them on the Bungie account(s) they are currently linked to. Unlinking accounts: 1. Login to the Bungie account containing the account you would like to unlink. 2. Create a "Dummy Account" to take the place of the account you would like to unlink. 3. After linking the "Dummy Account", you may now unlink the account you want unlinked and link it to the account containing the beta reservations code. For additional assistance in case I did not explain it clearly enough or my answer did not answer your question, please contact me and I will respond as soon as possible. ENDING TRANSMISSION:
