I personally think it's a little much that the commish is forcing him to sell the team, AND pay a $2,000,000 fine, but that's just me.

The fine was definitely excessive. Seemed more like a final cash grab. Selling the team though was a must. Too many known NBA. Figures called for that response, although I'm curious what they would have done had that action not been declared intended.
