Poor man's Ferrari?
Would getting a 1995 Toyota MR2 GT be worth it?
I hear this is called a "poor man's Ferrari" as it looks identical to the [url=http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/f/f0/Ferrari_F355_Coup%C3%A9.jpg]Ferrari F355 Berlinetta.[/url]

I have never thought this even remotely resembled a Ferrari. If you are getting one because of that premise, you are only fooling yourself. If you want one because you like it, buy it. Not because you are trying to fool a couple unaware people that it may be a mini Ferrari. That would be a total waste of funds.

If you get one, get a turbo so you can have Toyotas brilliant 3sgte engine. If you get a base model swap out the 5s and get a 1mz V6. Just be careful because these are known to have snap oversteer.
