Prosecution charged Zimmerman for 2nd degree murder. 2nd degree murder requires that the case be beyond reasonable doubt. The kick in the nuts is that the Sanford Police, after talking to Zimmerman, said he was free to go and did nothing wrong. Only when the event became big news did the police arrest him. If the police say he did nothing wrong, then how could he possibly be found TOTALLY guilty? The female jury and judge won't make a difference.
