Could be a problem with your isp if every game [u]you[/u] play is suffering from a bad connection. However, it could also be caused by a lot of people with bad connections ending up in your game. Halo 4 has one of the best net codes out there for console online multiplayer. Regardless of what you think about Halo 4, the net code is far from the worst thing out there. I suggest trying to play some less popular Arcade games or Indie games. You'll quickly realize that Halo and CoD have superior net codes to most other console games.
