Disability /loans
So I'm trying to get disability, the lawyer took my case so it's I have to wait now. I was wondering if I get it and my student loans are defaulted can they take my entire disability check every month? I owe a lot in loans.

2 回覆Hmm disability money when you probably aren't disabled I am disgusted. Though with that being said the amount of money people get when they are disabled is a lot.

4 回覆由Vicex編輯： 2/3/2013 8:37:30 PMYou still have to pay loans if you are disabled. University is considered an "investment", not a service that can be refunded or wrote off. So, they can take SOME of it, how much I'd assume depends on what the court says.
