While playing the Pantheon activity, after defeating the Consecrated Mind encounter, I received the weapon Reckless Oracle (auto rifle) as a drop for the first time. However, despite the drop, the weapon: does not show as unlocked in Collections is not purchasable from the corresponding vendor does not appear under recently obtained items either Since I had never dropped this weapon before, I expected it to appear as unlocked in Collections after receiving it, as normally happens. I believe this is a bug that prevented the drop from being registered correctly.
