New players AND vets will never be able to get ahead with how low the cap is now that the store cycles every day, and thats just for those items, you can forget ever having enough for the armor sets. We can already focus legendary items of every type for minimal dust, if you cant uncap the amount per week, at least just make the base bright engram always decode to dust.
