Hello there, Thanks for the report. Praxic Vestment does not activate from just pressing random inputs on the ground. It is designed to work while airborne using your air move input: hold the air move to charge it, then release to trigger the jetpack. It also needs Jetpack Fuel / charge first, which is built by weapon final blows and Arc powered melee final blows. So if you were trying to use it on the ground or without charge, that would be expected. If you’re already airborne, charged, and using your air move input and it still will not activate, please include your platform, input method, and a video in your report.
